Cookie Policy

Cookies

Trustmark sets a cookie that is required to keep you signed in and to protect your session. It lets the app renew your session without asking you to sign in on every request. Clearing it signs you out on this device. We do not use advertising cookies.

Local and session storage

The app also uses your browser's storage, which works like cookies but is not sent with every request:

  • Personalisation choice (local storage): whether you allow buyer activity to be used for recommendations, and which account the choice belongs to.
  • Buyer activity queue and session id (session storage): activity waiting to be sent, kept only for the browser tab session.
  • Listing draft id (local storage, sellers): so you can continue a listing you started.
  • Sign-in step (session storage): a short-lived token used between entering your password and your two-factor code, removed when you finish or cancel.

You can clear this storage in your browser settings. Doing so resets your personalisation choice to off. See the Privacy Policy for how buyer activity is used.
